Challenge to change: How about we make one small healthy change for the rest of this month?

Thinking about creating a new healthy habit? What about one or more of these: 

Not eating after 8pm?

Cutting out sugar in tea?

Stop using artificial sweeteners? 

Swapping afternoon chocolate for fruit?

Doing a little exercise rather than sitting all evening?

Cutting out alcohol during the week?

Drinking water not soda?

Are you up for this? What will you choose? Small changes produce big results.

I challenge you. Let me know what you choose.
